Overview
This document will identify the population groups and types of patients more susceptible to the effects of heat exposure; memorize the CHILL’D-OUT questionnaire for assessing patients at risk for heat-related illness; review the types and the signs and symptoms of heat-related illness; practice using the resource - CDC’s Heat & Health Tracker on the internet.
You will need to pass the CEU post-test with 75% or higher to receive credit.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
