We are hiring a Full-time Night Sub-acute Rehab RN on our Sub-acute Rehab Unit, offering excellent shift differentials and the opportunity to support residents on their road to recovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete admission assessments and conduct health history interviews with residents/significant others
  • Utilize appropriate resources when assessing residents with unfamiliar or new conditions
  • Interpret assessment data to identify risk for acute psychological or psychosocial issues
  • Notify and document concerns, changes, or risks in resident status
  • Inform and educate residents about planned care or services
  • Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care
  • Communicate care plans effectively, including goals, interventions, and timeframes

What You’ll Need

  • Current NYS RN license
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Compassion, teamwork, and a desire to make a difference

Pay Range $40.00 - $52.81 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
