We consist of a team of professionals ranging from Medical Assistants to Physician Assistants and everything in between. Under the general direction of nursing leadership and with provider collaboration and guidance, the Registered Nurse CC utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and policies and procedures of Hartford Healthcare Medical Group in a Campus Care setting. This position facilitates care for a varied population of patients, which includes nursing standards of practice to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
- One year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse.
- Registered Nurse, State of CT
- Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Additional certifications may be required in specific specialties
- Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.
